BRICK | Innovation Table

In the business of bringing people together, 828 Concepts' event, Innovation Table, is a social dining experience between Chef, Sommelier and the self-proclaimed foodie, all with one thing in common: food. Well, and thirst.

Chef Drew of Second Nature Catering has designed a menu that speaks to the season and local ingredients, while breaking away from the familiar, and experimenting with new recipes. Guests will interact in a minimalist environment, taking in the venue space, flavors, and good old-fashioned conversation.

The afternoon will include a 30-minute welcome reception, and (5) course meal with wine pairings.

BRICK has been a pet-friendly venue since opening it's doors in 2014. A portion of ticket and wine sales will be donated to Baja Dog Rescue, a non-profit organization run by dedicated volunteers who rescue and rehabilitate unwanted, abandoned and neglected dogs, and find them new and loving homes.
