Where whatever you like that is comfortable to play in and have fun. Also Neon colors would look cool because it is going to be glow in the dark during the party.

We need to limit the amount of family to 2 for the private room.

The short answer is not to the actual party because we have it booked for a set number of friends, but yes, they can come to the place, but you will have to pay for them separately at the front door.
