<P><SPAN>     Featuring a four course menu by Chef Nicholas Stewart paired with beers by WBC’s own Brewmaster Joe, this is an event you won’t want to miss!</SPAN></P>
<H3>First Course:</H3>
<P>Strawberry Banana Bread with Citrus Glazed Bacon, paired with Waikiki Brewing Company Hana Hou Hefe</P>
<H3>Second Course:</H3>
<P>Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles - Paired with Waikiki Brewing Company Overnight IPA</P>
<P>     Cayenne spiced fried chicken over a malted waffle.  Served with warm chili pepper infused maple syrup, fresh churned wet hop butter.</P>
<H3>Third Course:</H3>
<P>Scotch Egg Loco Moco -  Paired with Waikiki Brewing Company Ala Moana Amber</P>
<P>    A poached egg inside of a burger on a bed of rice with Ala Moana Amber demi-glace and beer braised cipollini onions</P>
<H3>Fourth Course:</H3>
<P>Lemon Fire & Ice - Paired with Waikiki Brewing Company Wailele Wheat</P>
<P>    A duo of lemon!  Fresh Wailele lemon sorbet and a lemon soufle topped with housed preserved lemon.</P>
