We're excited to announce Brewery Bootcamp. We've gone to a whole other extreme: from relaxing to working that body hard. But you know us, this isn't gonna be your typical Bootcamp class, we've put our signature spin on it. You can expect to use empty kegs, growlers, and sacks of grain as part of this fitness experience.  FAQCan I Do This Yoga Class With No Experience?We recommend that you feel comfortable jogging at least a half a mile to do this class.  What kind of exercises can we expect?There will be jogging, running in place, rolling kegs, lifting growler weights, and more!What Else Do I Get With My Ticket?No Brewery Bootcamp class would be complete without a beer! So you get a full hour Bootcamp class + a full pint of 1940’s Beer!!What Should I Bring? Bring some water to hydrate during class.  How Should I Dress?Wear workout clothes and comfortable sneakers. You may even want to bring some deodorant to freshen up after class. How Can I Get There?No car? The brewery is literally right next to the train tracks of the Riverhead LIRR. So if you don’t wanna drive, you’ve got a very convenient option.Driving? Take the LIE to exit 71, Turn Right onto 24 S and take the traffic circle to Center Drive. Slight Right on Court Street, Left onto Osborn, Right onto Lincoln and Right onto Hallet Ave. The brewery is on the left side of the street.WaiverBy purchasing this ticket, I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age. I understand as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be eliminated.
