Join us and our four other panelists on May 16h at SanTan Gardens for a roundtable discussion that&#x27;s open to everyone! We will be asking our panelists various questions about the industry and their breweries throughout the afternoon.  Learn about some of the most influential breweries from around the state with panelists from Tucson, Phoenix, Chandler, and Flagstaff!We&#x27;ll be having a four-course meal prepared by SanTan&#x27;s Culinary Team paired with unique brews from our panelists&#x27; breweries! Panelists:<ul><li>Anthony Canecchia, Founder of SanTan Brewing Company</li></ul><ul><li>Michael Marquess, Founder and CEO of Mother Road Brewing Company</li></ul><ul><li>Megan Greenwood, Founder of Greenwood Brewing Company</li></ul><ul><li>Jim Erickson, Owner of Walter Station Brewery</li></ul><ul><li>Jeremy Deconcini, Founder of Motosonoara Brewing Company</li></ul>Menu:<ul><li>Reception</li></ul>Pomegranate Guacamole | Walter Station Pomegranate Gose - Traditional Gose Style at just 5.4% with light body, slightly fruity with a hint of saltiness. The pomegranate adds a light touch to the overall fruitiness, a hint of rosiness and complements the sour finish perfectly.<ul><li>Course 1</li></ul>Arugula Spring Salad | Moto Sonora Superleggera Italian Pilsner - 4.2% - Italian for “Super Light” Superleggera was a term created for cars made to be as light and fast as possible, while still looking and acting like regular cars. In the spirit of classic Italian Style Pilsners, our take is clean and crisp and has nothing to hide. clean and dry with a little bit of hop spice, light and fast with an understated appearance. Superleggera Italian Pils drinks as easy and clean as a classic Aston Martin Superleggera drives.
