Due to ongoing restrictions surrounding COVID-19, we have opted to put together “BrewBash in a Box.” Attendees will show up the day of the event and pick up their box of craft beer to take it home to enjoy with friends. We understand the current economic conditions many small businesses are currently facing and we would like to take the opportunity to support the local craft brewers during these times as they have so graciously supported Rotary in the past.

Before purchasing, please make sure you are able to come during the time listed above. We will not be able to offer refunds or replacements for no-shows.

Must be 21 years or older. Valid photo ID required.

Drive-through pick-up will be on Saturday, November 6, 2021, 12 noon to 4 p.m.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to participate in the event?

YES! All BrewBashers must be 21 years or older. Nobody under 21 allowed.

What are my transportation options for picking up my brews?

You must be in a vehicle to enter the drive-through line. No walk-ups. It can be your vehicle, an UBER, LYFT, or Taxi, etc. You will present your Eventbrite ticket (paper or electronic) to the volunteer, who will verify your BrewBash order and place your beer in your trunk for you. Please wear your mask when talking to volunteers.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What's the refund policy?

No refunds for any reason. Period.

Do I have to bring my Eventbrite ticket to the event?

Yes, paper or electronic, to speed the pick-up process. And please adjust the screen contrast so our scanners can read the barcode.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

Yes. You can sell or give your ticket to a friend as long as they are 21 yrs or older.

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes.
