Since our founding in 1949, theRotary Club of Fairfield-Suisunhas been dedicated to doing good in the world.  With approximately 70 members, we’re currently the second-largest Rotary club in Solano County. Our members include some of the region’s most prominent business, professional, and civic leaders.  We gather at weekly meetings and other functions to fulfill our commitment to the Rotarian ideals of friendship, fellowship, and service to others.

Please join us for the Third Annual BrewBash at the Basin (aka BrewBash in a Box!).Hosted by the <a href="http://www.FSRotary.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Fairfield-Suisun Rotary Club</a> , with 100% of proceeds benefiting local projects supporting youth in Fairfield and Suisun City.Tickets types and pricing:<ul><li>Premium Package: $100 with 20 craft brews and BrewBash swag.</li></ul><ul><li>12-Brew Package: $50 with 12 craft brews and BrewBash swag.</li></ul>Event description … the fine print.Due to ongoing restrictions surrounding COVID-19, we have opted to put together “BrewBash in a Box.” Attendees will show up the day of the event and pick up their box of craft beer to take it home to enjoy with friends. We understand the current economic conditions many small businesses are currently facing and we would like to take the opportunity to support the local craft brewers during these times as they have so graciously supported Rotary in the past. Before purchasing, please make sure you are able to come during the time listed above. We will not be able to offer refunds or replacements for no-shows.Tickets available online until 11:59 pm Friday, 10/16/2020 or until sold out.Must be 21 years or older. Valid photo ID required.Drive-through pick-up will be on Saturday, October 24, 2020, 12 noon to 4 p.m.MAKE YOUR PURCHASE CAREFULLY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. Bring your paper ticket or present your ticket barcode on your smartphone.LIMITED parking at the One Harbor Place and on Main Street. FAQsAre there ID or minimum age requirements to participate in the event?YES! All BrewBashers must be 21 years or older. Nobody under 21 allowed.I already bought a ticket for the in-person BrewBash. How do I participate now?All tickets already purchased will be honored. General Admission tickets ($40) will be honored for the $50 12-Beer Package. VIP tickets ($60) will be honored for the $100 20-Beer Premium Package. All new ticket sales will be at the prices listed above. What are my transportation options for picking up my brews?You must be in a vehicle to enter the drive-through line. No walk-ups. It can be your vehicle, an UBER, LYFT, or Taxi, etc. You will present your Eventbrite ticket (paper or electronic) to the volunteer, who will verify your BrewBash order and place your beer in your trunk for you. Please wear your mask when talking to volunteers.How can I contact the organizer with any questions?Please message us through EventBrite.What&#x27;s the refund policy?No refunds for any reason. Period.**For those who purchased a ticked before March 19, 2020, please contact us. Do I have to bring my Eventbrite ticket to the event?Yes, paper or electronic, to speed the pick-up process. And please adjust the screen contrast so our scanners can read the barcode. Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?Yes. You can sell or give your ticket to a friend as long as they are 21 yrs or older.Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn&#x27;t match the person who attends?Yes.
