This workshop consists of 1) Learning tools for switching off stress, stimulate healing and create more energy 2) Experiencing a 1 hour guided Soma breathwork journey where you will deeply relax and connect with yourself.Breathwork is a potent tool to connect mind and body, and go deeper into our true selves. We will use somatic techniques to achieve desired states of higher energy, relaxation, release emotions and negative beliefs and connect with ourselves more deeply.My name is Tom and I am a Soma Breath instructor and coach running breathwork sessions in the Bromley/SE London area.
