Hi, I’m Danny Benz, a Florida native living in Jupiter. After over 20 years in the beauty industry — including running a safe space salon for a decade — my personal journey through anxiety, chronic pain, and stress led me to breathwork.

Of all the healing methods I tried, conscious breathing had the biggest impact on my life. It’s simple, powerful, and always available — as long as we’re breathing.

I’m a Certified SOMA Breath Instructor (currently working toward my Advanced Certification) and I’m passionate about helping others discover how breathwork can bring calm, healing, and deeper connection to the self.

In my classes, you’ll experience a blend of music, guided meditation, and rhythmic breathing inspired by ancient practices. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can breathe, unwind, and feel more at home in your body.
