While we are unable to hold in-person experiences to help cope with the current climate, digital platforms are offering a new &amp; unique approach to connecting &amp; engaging with the power of healing modalities like meditation, breathwork &amp; more. Community is needed more than ever in order to keep us calm, connected, &amp; moving forward instead of feeling stuck.HER has decided to offer donation based digital breath sessions while we all manage our way through the COVID crisis. This experience will be open to all - those who have &amp; have not experienced the power of the breath. The digital platform allows us to reach those who are being called in a greater way -those outside of HER’S local community - those with financial limitations - insecure about doing an in person session - &amp; those who are simply curious.The power of the breath is more critical than ever. Our life lense, stress management, &amp; coping techniques we’ve picked up along the way via loved ones, teachers, society, cultural norms, etc - may be ready for a gentle overhaul. What is Breathwork?Breathwork; an ancient technique that accesses an altered/dream like state by changing the pace &amp; tempo of our natural breath.95% of what we know as our ‘identity’, our beliefs, patterns, &amp; how we process &amp; relate to ‘life’ &amp; our relationships are informed by our subconscious. By changing the tempo of our breath, we are able to access a hypnotic state to move energy, tap into memories, <a href="http://Herhealthmke@gmail.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"></a>trauma, &amp; past life information. With the breath we are able to bring what lives in our ‘shadows’ to the surface. For NEW clients:* Limit the time of breathing to 20-30 minutes** Focus on awareness, mindfulness, regulation and relaxation practices.* What could happen in the session including but not limited to:* tingling* dizziness* trembling or shaking* other physical sensations* emotional experiences Contraindications for conscious connected breathing online: Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release. As a precaution, the following conditions are contrandicated in certain breathwork practices.
