Join Ryan and Jay Peterson for a powerful evening of breathwork and sound healing designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and expand awareness.
What to expect
This special night will focus on holotropic breathwork, a profound and transformative practice made popular by Wim Hof. By engaging in 30-40 minutes of expansive breathwork, you will oxygenate your body, break up stored tension, and release stress and trauma patterns. Many participants report a deep sense of clarity, relaxation, and heightened awareness, even activating the pineal gland for an expanded state of being.
Following breathwork, immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound, allowing the frequencies to further integrate your experience, calm your nervous system, and guide you into deep relaxation.
