EVENT AGENDA

You will have a quick intro to breathwork (no experience necessary!), Guided Journaling or Meditation theme of the event, followed by a High Powered Virtual Break-Free Breathwork Journey.


WHAT TO EXPECT...

Breathwork is done lying down on your back on a yoga mat in a comfortable position. An intuitively chosen playlist of music is played for motivation and relaxation purposes in order to help release stuck emotions by tapping into the energy and emotion of those particular songs. Amy is going to guide you through this entire process using powerful motivational messages to help release all that is no longer serving you to align with clarity and all it is you are ready to manifest.


How to Prepare for Virtual:


  • F ind a quiet place with no distractions
  • Have Zoom and your preferred devise - device fully charged
  • Have good internet connection
  • For virtual is is best to use earbuds or a Bluetooth speaker
  • Have a small notebook/pen
  • A small blanket (even if it is warm)
  • Eye covering
  • Please try not to eat at least 2 hours before the breathwork event (if you have to please make it something light)
  • Any special things that have special meaning to you, a picture of what you are calling in, crystals, etc.

The Zoom link will be available via Eventbright event page 30 minutes before the scheduled event.
