Join us in this Journaling &amp; Breathwork Workshop where we will:<ul><li>Manifestation Journaling - What needs to happen to help reconnect to yourself (because you&#x27;re not JUST a mom!), where in life you need more energy, help, and self care. </li><li>Create an identity beyond &quot;Mom&quot; where you can start to reclaim things that are priorities for YOU. </li><li>Embody your highest self, de-stress, and generate more energy with the practice of transformational breathwork. Walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and a deeper connection to self.</li></ul>This is for you if you are:<ul><li>A stressed mom who needs some time for herself. </li><li>Know you are meant for more than just being a mom, and want to connect back to yourself and purpose.</li><li>Looking to clear the monkey brain of all the &quot;to-do&#x27;s&quot;, chores, expectations of being a mom, and figure out how to bring more joy, flow, and energy back into your life.</li></ul>A little about Breathwork:If you’ve done breathwork before, this technique is similar to that of Holotropic Breathwork.*Please watch the short video below before class. Personal Trainer for over 13 years, turned Mindset &amp; Embodiment Coach, Alex has a deep passion for helping others live life on their terms. She loves helping people stop living from the &quot;shoulds&quot; and expectations of others, and start living a life that lights them up!
