My journey into the realm of spirituality began in my childhood in Shiraz, Iran, where I first encountered my talent for automatic writing and feeling energy. At 14, I moved to the UK as a refugee, which marked a new chapter in my life, giving me the opportunity to learn from world-renowned spiritual teachers and holistic wellness experts. I further deepened my understanding through my studies in Philosophy & Theology at Oxford University.

Now, I blend breathwork, I AM affirmations, Ice Bath, belief rewire hypnotherapy and various forms of guided meditations t to help spiritually inclined individuals transform fear and self-doubt into confidence and fearlessness.

I am a dedicated student of many great spiritual traditions and have studied and practiced them for over 7 years with intense focus and devotion.
