Breathwork for Beginners: A Toolkit for the Nervous System
Ready to start your breathwork journey? This beginner-friendly workshop offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and explore the power of the breath.
You’ll be guided through a series of accessible breathing techniques designed to help cultivate grounding, focus, relaxation, and balanced energy. We’ll explore both calming and energizing practices, with each technique taught step-by-step and experienced together in real time. No prior experience needed.
We’ll also include moments for reflection and journaling, and close with a calming integration and tea to support grounding and transition.
Come as you are & leave with practical tools to help you feel more centered, present, and connected to your breath.
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat. Blankets and blocks will be provided for additional comfort and support.

Hailey is a yoga teacher with a passion for breathwork, mindfulness, and creating supportive spaces for connection and nervous system balance.
