A deeply grounding and connecting breathwork session using creativity and breathwork to connect, reflect and relax
Contraindications & Safety Information
Breathwork can be a powerful practice that supports emotional release, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. However, certain conditions require caution or medical guidance before taking part.This session is not suitable, or may require prior consultation, if you have:
- Pregnancy (especially first trimester or high-risk pregnancy)
- Cardiovascular conditions (e.g. heart disease, high or uncontrolled blood pressure)
- Respiratory conditions such as severe asthma
- History of seizures or epilepsy
- Recent surgery or physical injury
- Glaucoma or detached retina
- Severe mental health conditions (e.g. psychosis, schizophrenia, severe PTSD without support)
- Panic disorder or extreme anxiety triggered by breathwork
- Any condition where intense breathing techniques may not be advised
By attending, you take responsibility for your own wellbeing and are encouraged to listen to your body at all times. You are always welcome to pause, return to natural breathing, or sit out at any point.
