Welcome to Breathwork &amp; Brunch, a transformative experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and empowered for the week ahead.Join our breathwork expert, Bianca Connolly from Casa Bien, as she guides you through a 30-minute session that will energize the body and calm the mind. You will learn new takeaway breathing techniques to uplift your mood and provide you with tools to manage stress and anxiety.After the breathwork, you will enjoy a wholesome and energizing plant-based brunch (and gluten-free) prepared by Dallas Williams from The Folk Wellness.
