Kate and Amy invite you for an evening of healing and self connection through Breathwork and Sound Healing!

During our time together, Kate will lead an extended Breathwork journey, allowing you to move into a deep meditative state, opening up the possibility of deep healing and release.

Amy will then lead an extended Sound Healing for your integration of all the energies moved in and through you through Breath.

This potent offering is not to be missed!

Breathwork is a powerful path of transformation, a tool used to reduce stress, anxiety, and sleeplessness. It lowers blood pressure, strengthens immunity, boosts energy, and improves overall health.

Breathwork welcomes us into our deeper layers of our system, creates tolerance in your nervous system to be with your experiences in life, invites clarity, and improves focus! Offers opportunity to release T/traumas, stagnant energies and stories no longer serving you.

Sound Healing offers opportunity to bring us from imbalance to balance. The frequency and vibration of sound can reach all the crevasses of the mind, body, and soul. Amys sound healing instruments will help you further release anything that is not serving your highest self and guide you to an elevated yet deep rest.

These healing modalities combined will allow your systems to feel deeply connected to your bodies, experience the intelligence contained within them, and offer release and ease by the endpm of our time together!

Preparation:
Please refrain from eating 2ish hours prior to workshop, breath is best practiced on an empty stomach
Dress in comfortable layers is suggested as body temperature fluctuations are normal effect of Breathwork
Option to bring a journal for reflections at end of healings
