About this event

Experience profound healing and transformation through our Breathwork and Sound bath session with Sabrina.

Breathwork with Sabrina

This active meditation creates opportunities for powerful healing. Intentional breathing moves stuck emotions through the body and relaxes the conscious mind, allowing access to the subconscious for transformational healing.

Sound bath Integration

After the breathwork practice, Sabrina will guide you through a meditation enhanced with sound healing tools like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. These sounds will help you ground, balance, and integrate your experience.

What to Bring:

  1. A mat, blanket, and water
  2. Cozy socks or other comfort items for lying down
  3. Please come fed, but not stuffed

*There will be some mats available but we encourage you to bring your own.

What is "sliding scale" ticketing?

Compound's values include Belonging, Community, Compassion, and Equity, and sliding scale is a form of mutual aid that offers different price options for the same service for guests to select based on their economic needs.

We ask that you consider the price that best suits your needs, and below is a guide to help you decide which ticket to select (borrowed from this resource by Worts and Cunning).

$15: If you struggle to maintain access to needs such as health care, housing, food, child care, and are living paycheck to paycheck or are in significant debt, you belong here and you deserve a community that honors your price as equal an economic offering as the person who can pay the highest tier.

$25: If you are struggling to conquer debt or build savings or move away from paycheck to paycheck living but have access to steady income and are not spending most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc., you belong here.

$35 (suggested): If you have access to financial security, own property or have personal savings, you would not traditionally qualify for sliding scale services. If you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worried about securing necessities in your life, you have economic breathwork and power in our community. This price is for you, and reflects the true cost of the program.
