The breath can help you move past blocks and stagnant energy, increase your circulation of oxygen and activate different areas of the brain to create new neural pathways for a deeper awareness and stronger sense of self.This journey will occur while experiencing sounds from gongs, drums, didgeridoos, singing bowls, bells, rattles, chimes and more.
