Do I need to bring anything?

Just a yoga mat (or something comfy to lay on), blanket, pillow, a water bottle with a lid, and a journal to take notes on if you wish.

I've never done breathwork before. Can a noob come?

Yes, of course! This workshop will walk you through the process on what to expect and how to breathe in this style. You will be guided and supported through the entire process!

Can I leave early / come late?

No. Due to the nature of this work, we ask that everyone arrive early and stay until we close in good energy. We start together and finish together which allows us to keep our boundaries strong and experience deeper healing.
