Breath forth creativity through a variety of mind-body activities designed to activate creative expression, brighten your spirit and strengthen connections to others. This retreat is geared for women who are recovering from addiction, trauma, disordered eating, and codependency. Friens and family are welcome to attend also. Intent is to present powerful healing mind-body techniques to help those who have history of trauma at an accessible price.

Hosted by experienced practitioners Shamay Thomas ARNP and Kia King LMP from "Two Sound Women."

We will be joined by our guest facilitators Tina Massimi from "Just Breath of Sound and Wellness", and Kathryn Johansen ARNP and movement facilitator.

All meals are included. Participants will contribute to the preparation and clean up providing community and allowing to provide this event at an affordable cost.

Do I need to bring towels, and bedding?

Yes, please bring your own towels, linen, and sleeping bag for your personal use and comfort during the retreat.

Are Kitchen facilities available??

Yes, a kitchen is available for participants to prepare and store their potluck contributions, as well as to cater to any personal dietary needs.
