Using the 2-part breath, holotropic style and breath retentions, this breathwork experience will surprise you, open your heart and body and shake your soul. Breathwork can be helpful for releasing emotions, moving stagnant energy, finding more mental clarity and more overall peace and presence. Breathwork can be a natural way to access DMT, making this for a grounded yet profound beginner friendly inward psychedelic journey. Classes are guided by Candice Leigh whom has been a lover of breathwork, teaching to groups, couples and individuals since 2018. Come exactly as you are, ready to dive deeper into your most authentic and inspired self.

Candice Leigh is a yogini, tantrika, breathwork teacher, Sexological Bodyworker, somatic sex educator and writer in NYC. She is an Urban Tantra Practitioner, Frequency Breathwork facilitator, trained Wheel of Consent Practitioner, Erotic Blueprint Coach, Dharma Yoga of Austin teacher, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist and completed her second year at Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute. She is the founder of Naked Yoga Therapy, a healing, creative, and experiential somatically trauma informed modality bridging yoga, neo-tantra, sexuality coaching, breathwork, sexological bodywork, emotional clearing techniques, talk therapy techniques and vulnerability with the absolute embrace of body, mind, heart and soul. She primarily works one-on-one with individuals and couples seeking to deepen their connection to their bodies, hearts and sexual energy through the somatic experience of pleasure and presence, shifting shame and trauma into embodied sacredness, finding empowered self love and a deeper, more fulfilling intimate life within themselves and their relationships. Aside from working privately with individuals and couples, she teaches yoga, breathwork and various intimacy and connection workshops in New York City.
