Discover simple and effective techniques for managing stress and enhancing your overall health and well-being with mindfulness and meditation. During this one-hour session, you will learn how to develop breath awareness and use it to achieve deep relaxation and inner peace.

Meditation serves as a connection between the mind and body, with the breath acting as the focal point in the present moment. This practice establishes a solid foundation for a calm and clear mind, an open heart, and a fresh outlook on life.

Sound healing is an ancient practice that synchronizes brain waves to balance the body and mind on the cellular level. The modalities of meditation, breathwork, and sound healing complement each other.

Experience the 3 stages of mindfulness/meditation:

-Use your breath to locate stress in the body. Breath awareness helps determine if you're breathing fully or shallowly.

-Try simple breathing techniques for stress relief and improved health. They are easy to remember and effective in times of stress.

- Take a peaceful journey within through mindfulness and meditation, accompanied by the soothing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls.

Create a serene and peaceful environment where you can unwind and release your stress. Find a secluded spot to rejuvenate your mind and body. Take deep breaths to connect with your true self.
