Immerse yourself in a 90-minute transformative breath work and ice bath experience led by expert coaches Justin Ternes from True Self Health and Rachel Lee from Ice Bath Boston. Inspired by the Wim Hof Method, participants will experience enhanced breathing mechanics, mindful breathing, and cold exposure to unlock meditation, rejuvenation, and stress reduction by improving the one thing you do every single minute- breathe! This workshop will be hosted at the tranquil Physio X , a holistic physiotherapy practice designed to help those with persistent nagging injuries move pain-free and effortlessly by focusing on your nervous system and whole body movement patterns.

Your Instructors:
Justin Ternes is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Breathwork Specialist, and Mindset & Performance Coach. He is the founder of True Self Health & Human Performance where he focuses on supporting high-achieving humans reach their greatest potential and truest version of self. His passion for cold-immersion began in 2015 when he learned of Wim Hof and to this day; ice is life. He loves building communities, facilitating workshops, and staying up to date with the latest evidence-based practices.
Rachel Lee is a lifestyle health coach who provides evidence-based breath work, cold exposure, exercise, nutrition, and emotional coping coaching for high performers seeking a balanced and purposeful life. She is the founder of Ice Bath Boston and YOU Wellness where she empowers others to overcome self-doubt and limiting beliefs through pop-up ice bath and breath work events, corporate wellness, and 1:1 coaching. As the daughter of a physician and former science teacher, Rachel saw that there's no designated entity to teach every person lifelong health habits that actually prevent disease. She is on a mission to provide evidence-based, quick tips to help people build sustainable habits to live their happiest, healthiest lives.
