About this event

  • 14 days 1 hour

Join us for a very special 4-week course of guided Grief Movement. Each week’s practice will combine gentle movement, breath and sound to release pain and suffering and to reconnect back to love. The use of these techniques and flowing meditations can help us bring awareness to where we hold pain and struggle in the body and mind, thereby helping us to process grief and use it as fuel for transformative healing.

The intention is to open the heart and connect to the soul so that we can honor our loss and regain balance.

This gentle practice is done in a chair and does not require physical flexibility.

The class meets 4 Saturdays in June:

June 1st: 10:00am - 11:00am

June 8th: 10:00am - 11:00am

June 15th: 10:00am - 11:00am

June 22nd: 10:00am - 11:00am
