He’s a certified Level 2 Wim Hof Method instructor, Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor and XPT Performance Breathing® Certified.

He learned the Wim Hof Method directly from Wim himself, and has taught alongside Wim, including at the Winter Expedition in Poland, giving him a breadth of experience and a solid foundation on which he builds his teaching practice.
