- The workshop is suitable for everyone 18 years and over.
- Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy (or breastfeeding).
- People with epilepsy or serious psychological issues (severe anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia or PTSD) should get in touch with the instructor before signing up.
- People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions (e.g. high blood pressure, COPD, serious asthma), or those with Raynaud's disease (Type 2) or cold urticaria should get in touch with the instructor and consult a medical professional before signing up.
