In this guided Breathwork Journey, we use activativg breath to tap into our deep roots. We do this seeking to connect with the sacred source at the heart of everything including ourselves. Using the powerful life force energy generated through breath can be like a bridge, joining the individual body with the infinite. Not only does breathwork assist in nervous system regulation; the breath has the ability to release the natural chemicals present in our brains that produce euphoric, interconnected, and resonant feelings. This work often produces physical sensations that you'll be guided to move through, and many report having incredible insights, memory recall and integration, and even psychedelic visions.
As an alternative to your traditional Sunday, we do not judge the way you worship and connect with the divine, we just provide the space to facilitate your personal experience. We look forward to breathing with you.

Sonya (she/her) has been an advocate for breath as a healing practice for over a decade, through her work in yoga, reiki, and massage therapy. She began hosting breathwork sessions in the Spring of 2022 and now happily guides practitioners inward on their personal journeys. Sonya loves the way breathing can open people up to their self-healing processes and has a great trust in the human body's capability to do so. She often jokes that breathing in the group is akin to launching a spaceship, wherein our capacity to co-regulate heightens our ability to reach these healing spaces. She looks forward to breathing with you.
