Do I need a yoga mat?

Nope. All breath work and movement will be done seated and/or standing.

Question 2

What do I wear?

This event takes place in a yoga studio so shoes will remain in the lobby, but socks can be upon your feet! Dress for comfort and light movement. We will be seated, standing & walking around the studio throughout experience-but no downward facing dog positions coming your way!

Question 3

I'm not sure I can attend. What's the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Thanks for asking. All ticket sales are final. If you can't make it, you will be missed. You can always gift your ticket to someone who can attend! We do not do refunds unless event is cancelled by us or one of our partners.

Question 4

Can I bring snacks since it's during a lunch timeframe?

Accepted Answer

We recommend eating a healthy breakfast before experience and make plans to dine after the event. If for some reason you need to munch during the event, we will kindly ask you to consume food in the lobby then return to the studio! Water is always welcome!
