Come join us for a rejuvenating experience at Ezra Alya in Bend, Oregon! Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a sound bath and yoga session led by experienced instructors, Sirah Kreitzer of Ezra Alya and Katie Funk. This community event is the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and connect with like-minded individuals on their wellness journey. Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you stretch and breathe your way to inner peace. Don't miss out on this unique event that promises to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized!
Location: Ezra Alya, 1733 Northeast Woodridge Lane, Bend, OR, USA
The doors will open at 6:30 pm for the event.
The event will be capped at 8 attendees, and a waiting list will be made available if it sells out.
What to bring
- yoga or camping mat
- blanket or personal sleeping bag
- pillow, or bolster
- eye mask or small towel
- water bottle
- journal and pen
- wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement
