When to register: First Trimester

When to attend: Third Trimester

This class is for expected mothers and their support person that provides information about breastfeeding. This includes: the benefits of breastfeeding, how to prepare to breastfeed, latch and positioning, as well as guidance about how to tell if an infant is feeding well. We will also discuss how to avoid common problems related to breastfeeding, how to choose the correct breast pump and returning to work.
