Is this workshop for first time parents or repeat parents?

This class is for all expecting parents , first-time or experienced. Every pregnancy is different, and every baby brings a new chapter, so we welcome families at any stage.

What happens if I can’t attend the class?

Because this is a small, personalized class, cancellations are not available. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will work together to reschedule you into a future class.

When should I take this class?

Accepted Answer

This class is best taken between 28–36 weeks of pregnancy. This timing helps you feel prepared and confident before baby arrives, while the information is still fresh and easy to apply in those first days.

Question 4

What will I learn in this class?

Accepted Answer

You’ll learn the foundations of breastfeeding, including how milk supply works, how to support a comfortable latch, what to expect in the first 24–100 hours, and how to feel confident feeding your baby.

Question 5

Can my partner/support person join?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Partners and support people are encouraged to attend. Breastfeeding is easier when you feel supported, and they’ll learn how to help in meaningful ways. Breastfeeding the first days and weeks is a team effort for having your team learn with you will better equip you all.
