3 Inspirational Teachers, who share a vision. To Inspire, educate and support you to create Change. We will help you bust through your limitations, to to becoming happier and healthier YOU-Inside and Out.  
You will hear and learn from 3 innovative leaders in their fields,

3. Edward Cabello- 25 years experience in Meditation, Chi Kung (Kundalini Yoga and Mindfulness trainer specialising in stress management and Resilience.  
The event will focus on the 3 key elements that are fundamental to creating real, sustainable change. You Mindset, Your Health and your connection with Yourself/Spirituality. All 3 areas that are interconnected and support each other. Without a healthy and robust body, a Mindset that is not supporting your goals and a way to harness your energy, achieving true health inside and out can be very challenging.   
During the event, each teacher will fill the gaps that most people fall into during their journey by giving a practical plan to stay focused and committed.  
If you have ever attempted to achieve better health, a more fulfilling life and create a meditation/spiritual practice, but perhaps didn't know how to start? Well, this event is a must to get you started!
