About Svatantra<aside>Svatantra Innovation LLC was launched in early 2019. The name Svatantra means freedom to question the status quo, be unbiased by past thinking, present distractions and any limiting future expectations. In short, Svatantra is about freeing one’s thinking from being constrained by all forms of mindset gravity. </aside><aside>True to the meaning, Svatantra Innovation is driven by a vision to help identify, question and overcome the beliefs that condition one’s thinking. Svatantra Innovation’s intervention allows the development of critical skills in creative thinking to improve innovative and inventive abilities - to utilize it to create ideas that transform the individual, organization and domain, regardless of the industry. </aside>About the Founder<aside>Sathya V. Venkatasubramanian is the Founder and CEO of Svatantra Innovation LLC. Sathya is a visionary, and a multi-faceted strategy, innovation and intellectual property professional. With a distinguished global career spanning 17+ years across North America, Europe and Asia, Sathya has delivered thought leadership across Transportation (Rail &amp; Autonomous), Oil &amp; Gas, Health &amp; Life Sciences, News &amp; Media, Technology, Semiconductor and Public Policy. Sathya has helped industry leaders aspire and execute breakthrough innovations by enabling a burning desire to create history rather than follow it. </aside>

About the Program<aside>The Breakthrough Thinking Program is a 'certificate program' aimed at helping individuals and organizations to deliver transformative solutions across products, services, business models and even ecosystems using innovation and creativity as the means. Not only does the program help you learn how to create breakthroughs, it also will help you figure out how to protect its intellectual property.</aside><h3>Learn how to create breakthroughs by design. </h3><h3>Do not rely on fortuity to define your success.</h3>

<aside>A lot of organizations are faced with these realities, and often conclude that being ‘innovative’ is the only way out. The desire to be innovative does not easily translate into a state of being innovative because most organizations do not know how to navigate the fog of innovation. </aside><aside>When an organization makes that leap of faith to explore innovation and asks its employees to ‘think outside-the-box’, the effort fails because the employees are unable to think! After years of acting and reacting to problems and applying existing knowledge to ‘more of the same’ scenarios, the employees are simply unable to think of anything different. This is because of ‘conditioning of the mind’ - we call it mindset gravity. Unlike physical gravity, mindset gravity builds up over time and even over success and experiences – things that we hold dear to our hearts and resumes.</aside>
