Breakthrough 120 Part 1: The Foundation is designed to help agents strengthen the core habits and systems that drive real production. This class focuses on the essentials: database, lead follow-up, appointments, social media, and open houses. We will give you the daily structure needed to create momentum in your business.
This is where agents build the habits, skills, and accountability required to stop operating randomly and start working from a clear plan. Through practical training and purposeful action, participants will learn how to generate more conversations, improve follow-up, and create more opportunities for signed business.
Agents who complete Part 1 graduate into Breakthrough 120 Part 2: The Practice, a 120-day phase focused on daily lead generation, accountability, market expertise, and consistent execution. The goal of Part 2 is to have 5 conversations every day for 120 days, to create 9 signed agreements in your pipeline!
