Breaking Through Limitations

This is a three-session workshop.  Each session will include tips, journal prompts, and rounds of tapping (EFT) to break through limitations

Each workshop will have a different theme:February 12, 2022 at 12pm EST/9am PST: Eliminate Fear, Uncertainty, and OverwhelmMarch 12, 2022 at 12pm EST/9am PST: Process and Release Anger &amp; GriefApril 2, 2022 at 12pm EST/9am PST: Embrace Possibility, Hope, and OptimismWe will begin with a brief introduction of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), how it works, and then we’ll get to tapping. Our focus in these workshops will be on processing and moving through fear, uncertainty, grief, and anger to embrace possibility, hope, and optimism.EFT is an amazing, gentle tool you can use daily to release heavy emotions, as well as any life stressors. EFT is often called emotional acupuncture because it combines gentle tapping on key acupuncture points while focusing your thoughts on physical pain, unhappy memories, uncomfortable emotions, traumas, fears/phobias, or any other problem.About Amy Piper:Amy Piper is a certified EFT practitioner and trainer in Los Angeles. She works with people in person and virtually around the world. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques/tapping) brings Chinese Acupressure and modern psychology together. She began her journey with EFT as a client over 15 years ago.
