There’s something that’s been getting louder.
Not because anything is wrong.
From the outside, your life works.
You’ve built something meaningful. You love your people. You show up, you give, you handle what needs to be handled.
You’ve created a full life.
And still…
There’s a part of you that wants more.
Not more to do.
More to feel.
More to experience.
More to actually be in your life in a way that feels alive, fulfilling, and yours.
At first, it was easy to brush off.
Something you’d get to later.
Something that didn’t feel urgent.
But it hasn’t gone away.
If anything… it’s gotten stronger.
More honest.
More present.
More impossible to ignore.
At a certain point, wanting more stops feeling like a passing thought…
and starts feeling like something you’re meant to listen to.
Breaking the Longing Loop is an intimate, in-person afternoon for a small group of women who are ready to stop circling that feeling—and start turning toward it.
We’ll step out of the noise of everyday life and into something more intentional.
We’ll spend time outside in a relaxed, welcoming setting with a simple, guided practice rooted in breath and gentle movement. Nothing strenuous. Nothing intimidating. No experience needed—you can participate or simply take it in.
We’ll also move through guided reflection and conversation-based exercises designed to help you reconnect with what’s been coming up for you—and begin to explore what might be possible from here.
You don’t need to have answers.
Just a willingness to slow down… and be honest with yourself.
Because when you give yourself that space—something shifts.
The noise quiets.
The distractions fall away.
And what’s been there all along becomes a little clearer.
You stop brushing it off.
You stop telling yourself “later.”
You start to see what it could look like to actually move toward what you want.
You might leave emotional.
You might leave inspired.
You might leave with more questions than answers.
But you will leave more connected to yourself—and what you want—than when you arrived.
This isn’t a workshop where you’ll be put on the spot or sold to.
It’s a space to:
- slow down
- reflect
- connect
- laugh a little
- and be surrounded by thoughtful, open, supportive women who feel that same quiet pull for more
