The conference is an example of NCBW’s commitment to enhancing the lives of Black Women and Girls in Kansas City. Our goal is for the conference to provide the community with an avenue to connect and network with others from across Kansas City. This conference not only benefits women and girls directly, but also the community by providing a venue to discuss issues and provide solutions. Conference sessions and workshops include interactive topics regarding breaking barriers and building careers outside of college, and so much more. The event will provide a forum for exchanging ideas, personal development and sharing information. The event requires registration. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees and program participants.
