Not at all. Each Breakfast Lab stands on its own. You’re welcome to come once, pop in occasionally, or make it part of your weekly routine.

A little bit of both! Breakfast Lab is designed for shared learning and meaningful connection, not awkward networking or pitching. (Unless it's a pitch practice day!)

Nope. Just bring yourself, your curiosity, and whatever you’re currently working on or thinking through.
