Let’s face it, working from home has its perks, but it can also get a little… well, lonely. That’s why we’re opening up our Bethan HQ for a relaxed, informal co-working morning – complete with coffee, good chat, and a change of scenery.

  We’re excited to welcome Willie MacColl as the guest lead for our June Bethan Breakfast session on Colour Profiling!
  
  Willie is an experienced coach, trainer and organisational development specialist who’s passionate about helping people understand themselves and each other better. With a strong background in leadership development, employee engagement and team performance, he brings real energy and insight to every session.
  
  Willie is also a C-Me Colour Profiling practitioner and will be sharing some practical tips on how colour profiling can improve communication, strengthen relationships, and make teamwork more effective (and a lot more enjoyable!). Expect a fun and thought-provoking morning!
  
  We’re keeping it casual for now. But chances are, many of us are facing the same challenges. A problem shared is a problem halved, and sometimes just having someone to bounce ideas off (or sip a coffee with!) can make all the difference. 💙
