Take a balloon flight during the 5th Annual Cathedral City Hot Air Balloon Festival. Fantasy Balloon Flights has partnered with the City of Cathedral City and the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa to bring this dynamic event to the Coachella Valley. Fantasy Balloon Flights is family owned and operated business celebrating 39 years of offering hot air balloon tours and services in the Coachella Valley and elsewhere.

The Cathedral City Hot Air Balloon Festival

The hot air balloon launch out of the iconic baseball stadiums at Big League Dreams Sports Park will take place Friday, November 16th at 6:00-9:00 am. You will want to arrive early to watch the balloon teams inflate the seven-story high balloons at dawn. The stadium club pancake and sausage breakfast with coffee or juice is included. Big League Dreams offers stadium seating to watch the balloons and you may go down to see the balloons up close and meet the pilots and visiting balloon teams. Balloon flights and tethered balloon rides are offered for an additional fee. Balloon activities are weather and FAA permitting.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There are no age restrictions. No charge for children 2 years and under.
 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Free parking
 
What can I bring into the event?
No outside food or beverages please.
