The Market’s mission is to celebrate the food culture of the Carolinas and promote local and regional farmers, food artisans and entrepreneurs. The Market provides high quality, fresh and affordable food, as well as local products, seven days a week.

<P><SPAN>Learn to make brioche bread from one of Charlotte's favorite donut spots, Your Mom's Donuts! Using locally sourced ingredients the bakers make a few different bread choices daily. Pick up a loaf the next time you're getting donuts. The intimate kitchen setting, with seating for 8-12 people, allows participants to watch the menu being prepared, ask questions, and take part in the action! Your ticket includes a loaf of bread; one drink ticket redeemable for wine, beer or coffee; recipes; and a 7th Street Public Market apron to take home.</SPAN></P>
