Kristina is the Founder and Creative Strategist of MA'AM, a women-led branding agency in New York City, serving hospitality, luxury, and founder-led businesses. Kristina believes we are responsible for designing the world we want to see. Kristina’s dedication to actively building a better future also underpins her membership in the Female Founders Collective, Dreamers and Doers, and her ongoing mentorship of young women— a pillar of her career that includes independent mentorship and volunteering for AIGA NY and UCONN Werth Institute. Kristina is a member of the CIA Society of Fellows and serves on the Board of Directors for Amber Waves, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community farm providing rich educational opportunities in agriculture for aspiring growers, thoughtful cooks, and eaters of all ages.
