Do I need to bring/print my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Nope! You do not need to bring your ticket to our event. Our registration table will have your ticket ready for you to check in once you arrive!

Question 2

Will there be recordings available to me after the event

Accepted Answer

Yes! We love to let you rewatch and relearn everything that you took away from each of our speakers. So much that we post on our Blog.

If you want to know exactly when the recordings will be uploaded sign-up for our newsletter 'The Spark'!

Question 3

Do I need to bring anything once entering?

Accepted Answer

Only your business cards, a cell phone, and some pen & paper are necessary. We will provide everything else you're going to need.

Question 4

Can I arrive early to the event?

Accepted Answer

As much as we would love to share longer in the experience with you, we do need to allow for enough time for set up and get our speakers organized and ready to go, giving you the best experience possible!

Question 5

Why do you charge for virtual tickets?

Accepted Answer

Our goal is to get everyone in one room, it's truly the best way for you, our speakers, and everyone to get the maximum experience out of Brand Discovery.

If you're uncertain if you'll be able to make it in-person, we call it our "extra insurance" plan.

Question 6

Do you provide refunds for virtual tickets?

Accepted Answer

We offer refunds up to 48hrs before the event starts. Just send us an email at marketing@thesolvgroup.com and we can cancel your ticket and get that refund taken care of ASAP.

Question 7

Will I be allowed entry if I don't register prior to attending?

Accepted Answer

We always believe, "The more, the merrier".

However, we still do require registration prior to event entry. Our team is equipped to help you register in only 3 minutes, plus it helps us make sure we have an accurate headcount for Brunch.
