About this event

Bring your lunch and explore a new art material each month in an unstructured environment. Give yourself the opportunity to rest, refresh, explore and reset in our gallery space and return to work renewed and ready to take on the week. Pop in for 30 minutes or for the whole event.


The Gallery will set up tables and chairs, play instrumental music and provide an art material and a prompt each Brain/Food Lunch Hour.


Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome.
