The 2nd workshop of my 2018 Health, Fitness & Wellness Educational Series. --------------------------------- This workshop will provide you with practical tools and information on brain optimization strategies that you can implement in your lifestyle immediately to reap the benefits of a high functioning brain in terms of memory, speed, attention and achieve overall biochemical balance. -------------------------------- The participants of this workshop will get to test their neurotransmitters profile and will be given powerful insights on how to balance them to achieve: 1. Total brain health. 2. What to eat and not to eat to achieve their ultimate body composition. 3. How to train for maximum strength and muscle gain. 4.
