Do you have a brain-friendly system for tracking and storing all of your day-to-day information (meetings, contacts, notes, to-dos, etc)? If not, research shows that over time, this can lead to cognitive strain (aka slow brain) because time and mental energy are wasted, and everyday tasks can become stressful.
So how do you choose the right tool for tracking all these things? And which is better: analog (paper and pen) or digital (apps and software)? Our answer: It depends on your work and your brain. 
In this very hands-on workshop, we'll share the most helpful types of analog and digital productivity tools and then walk you through:

Taking inventory and organizing the types of notes and key pieces of information you want to keep track of

Categorizing these for clarity and efficiency

Turning these into a daily system that fits you and your life

Your homework for this workshop: Bring all of the current tools (planners, notebooks, devices, paper napkins) you're using and make a list of the top three frustrations or improvements you want to make. Or just bring yourself and we'll provide all the know-how so you can improve your productivity game.
