Lafayette artist Lisa Walsh has been creating handmade glass beads and designing jewelry since 1998. In addition to showing and selling her jewelry at galleries and art fairs throughout the Midwest and beyond, she has a passion to help others explore and develop their own creativity.  Her work can be found at www.abednegocreations.com.

Relax, create, and laugh in this fun, design-your-own-jewelry workshop!
Perfect for a girls' night out, birthday celebration, or a mother and daughter experience, this guided creative event is sure to make happy memories. 
Glass artist Lisa Walsh will demonstrate her changeable bead bracelet, and assist participants in designing their own work of art using Lisa's handmade flameworked glass beads and other decorative elements. This versatile bracelet can then be redesigned anytime to match different outfits at home simply by changing the beads. No previous design or jewelry making experience is necessary. 
The $12 workshop fee secures your seat and includes one changeable bead bracelet in either silver or gold. Beads are additional, and range in price from $3-$15 each. 
A minimum of five participants is required for this workshop to be held. If minimum is not met, you will receive a full refund. Arrangements can be made to accomodate groups larger than ten--please contact me.
