Do I need experience boxing?

No! This class welcomes all skill levels. Each individual can take the class at their own pace.

Do I need to bring gloves?

No. We have gloves that folks can borrow. If you like the class, we recommend getting a pair!

Yes. This class will provide a balance of technical skill acquisition, alongside higher intensity workouts!

Yes, when you arrive we will have you sign the liability waiver and you are good to go!
