This boxing-based class uses intentional, controlled punching patterns to improve coordination and upper-body mobility.

Rather than fast combinations or forceful strikes, the emphasis is on:

  • Smooth initiation and deceleration
  • Timing between punches
  • Maintaining posture and breathing throughout

You’ll switch leads often, vary reach angles, and reset frequently to avoid repetitive strain.

All movements can be done seated or standing, making this class engaging while still joint-safe and approachable.

Energy Elevator is a 30-minute live workout designed to help you move more efficiently while reducing unnecessary stress on the body.
